The benefits of commissioning are 5% to 15% energy savings with an ROI of 1-2 years and up to 30% energy savings with Life Cycle Cost Analysis. BNK is available for new building commissioning, from project beginning to end; custom commissioning to address specific requirements; “retro” commissioning for existing facilities, and enhanced commissioning for LEED Certification (using BNK adds additional LEED points).
