SIEMENS MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING CARY, NORTH CAROLINA

Located on the Siemens campus in Cary, this new building is a 6 story, 152,000 square foot project and parking deck to provide office, sales and administrative space for Siemens Medical. Engineering services provided included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm along with all USGBC documentation for a LEED Gold project.
