NORTH HILLS CAPTRUST TOWER I RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA

This project is a 16 story high rise building in North Raleigh located adjacent to North Hills Shopping Center. The lower level has retail and restaurant space and there are several stories of parking on the lower levels of the building. The building has approximately 632,000 square feet of space. Engineering design was provided for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarm parts of the project. All USGBC documentation and support material was provided for a LEED Certified project.
