LEED (US Green Building Council) engineering services.

North Hills Captrust Tower I - Raleigh NC

• This project is a 17 story high rise building in North Raleigh located adjacent to North Hills Shopping Center. The lower level has retail and restaurant space and there are several stories of parking on the lower levels of the building. The building has approximately 632,000 square feet of space. Engineering design was provided for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarm parts of the project. All USGBC documentation and support material was provided for a LEED Certified project.

Siemens Medical Office Building - Cary, North Carolina

• Located on the Siemens campus in Cary, this new building is a 6 story, 152,000 square foot project and parking deck to provide office, sales and administrative space for Siemens Medical. Engineering services provided included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm along with all USGBC documentation for a LEED Gold project.

Meredith College On-Campus Student Housing - Raleigh, North Carolina

• This building is a three story, 93,000 square foot residence hall for the private college in Raleigh. Engineering services provided were for the plumbing part of the project. The USGBC LEED activities provided were for the energy modeling requirement to receive a LEED Certified rating for the project.

Bronto Software Office Upfit - American Tobacco Building Durham, North Carolina

• This project design was for LEED Interior Completion for 11,600 square feet of space for Bronto Software in the American Tobacco complex in downtown Durham. The space was located on two floors. Engineering services provided were for plumbing, electrical and fire alarm in addition to USGGC LEED documentation.

Imperial Tower Office Building - Durham/Reseach Triangle Park, North Carolina

• This project consists of an 11 story, 267,000 square foot, high rise office building for commercial office tenants located in Research Triangle Park. Engineering services provided included HVAC, and plumbing including all USGBC documentation for LEED Silver rating for the project.

Mckim And Creed Engineering Office Upfit - Venture Iv Building Nc State University Centennial Campus Raleigh, North Carolina

• Located at NC State University, this space design for a consulting engineering firm was for LEED Interior Completion. The total space was 29, 540 square feet located on two floors in the Venture Complex on Centennial Campus. All USGBC LEED documentation was provided along with engineering services for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and fire alarm design.

North Carolina United Methodist Church Conference Center in Garner, NC

RDU Building #3 - Raleigh NC

• This project is a speculative office building constructed for LEED Shell and Core Certified rating. The building is located adjacent to the RDU International Airport near Research Triangle Park. Engineering services provided were for electrical and fire alarm along with USGC LEED documentation.
