NETWORK APPLIANCES KITCHEN AND CAFÉ RESEARCH TRIAGLE PARK, NORTH CAROLINA
For new Network Appliances Building #3, a 19,000 square foot kitchen and café was provided for use by employess on the Network Appliances campus. Services provided included mechanical, fire protection, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm.
CENTERGREEN V CAFÉ CARY NORTH CAROLINA
A new 1780 square foot café addition was provided in the existing Centergreen V building in Weston Park. Café is for use by occupants of existing office building. Engineering services provided were for HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems.
INFINEON CAFÉ AND KITCHEN 3000 CENTERGREEN CARY, NORTH CAROLINA
A 4060 square foot food service are was provided for the upfit of 100,000 square foot building for Infineon. Engineering services provided were for HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems.
UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA NEUROSCIENCES CAFÉ UNC HOSPITALS, CHAPEL HILL, NORTH CAROLINA
The project scope was the renovation of existing space to provide a 4300 square foot café in the existing UNC Hospitals. The project work consisted of HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing and fire sprinkler engineering design.
TEK-ELEC FOOD SERVICES RESEARCH TRIAGLE PARK, NORTH CAROLINA

SIEMENS CAFETERIA, SIEMENS MEDICAL CAMPUS CARY, NORTH CAROLINA
A 7500 square foot, free-standing building was provided for the personnel at the Siemens Medical Campus. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm engineering services were provided. This project was a LEED certified installation. .

FINLEY GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE FOOD SERVICES UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA CHAPEL HILL
The existing Finley Golf Course clubhouse at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill was expanded and renovated to provide additional locker room, lounge and pro shop areas. A completely new kitchen was added as was a new HVAC system along with electrical, plumbing and fire alarm work was provided.
FRAIZER’S RESTAURANT, CAMERON VILLAGE RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA
A new 3700 square foot restaurant was constructed on the lower level of the Harris Teeter Building in Cameron Village. The restaurant included a full bar along with a full service kitchen. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm engineering services were provided.
