TIME WARNER/ROAD RUNNER OPERATIONS/DATA CENTER DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA
This is the operations center for the Raleigh-Durham,  Research Triangle Park area of Central North Carolina for Time Warner Cable and Road Runner Internet Service Provider.   The 7,000 square foot facility is a TIA, Tier 4  fully redundant facility with totally redundant electrical paths (including power company service) and redundant  air conditioning capacity and air conditioning power supply. All IT equipment is dual powered.  The facility is served with  nine, 160 KVA UPS systems and three, 1500 KW diesel generators.  The system has a predicted reliability of 99.995%.

WAKE MED HEALTH & HOSPITALS RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA
Data  center for Wake County medical facilities which has thirteen campuses or buildings throughout Wake County,  North Carolina.   The 3,200 square foot facility is a TIA, Tier 3   redundant facility with redundant local electrical paths from a single power company service and a single  generator  service.  Air conditioning capacity and air conditioning power supply are redundant. The facility is served with   two, 400  KVA UPS systems and one 1000 KW diesel generator.  The facility handles billing and medical records for the entire Wake County medical system.  All IT equipment is dual powered and the system has  a predicted reliability of 99.982%.

QUALCOMM RALEIGH,     NORTH CAROLINA
Data  center for software and chip manufacturer and designer for their east coast facility headquarters.   The 2,200 square foot facility is a TIA, Tier 3   redundant facility with redundant local electrical paths from a single power company service and a single  generator service.  Air conditioning capacity and air conditioning power supply are redundant.  All IT equipment is dual powered.   The facility is served with   a 900  KVA UPS and a 1200 KVA UPS combined systems and one 1500 KW diesel generators.  The facility supports the research and development activities of the major cell phone chip designer.  The system has  a predicted reliability of 99.982%.

FREUDENBERG RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK,   NORTH CAROLINA
Proprietary data  and server center for  use by their customer and clients to provide off site server and data storage on a pay-for-use basis.    The facility has two installations of approximately 800 square feet and are TIA, Tier 3   redundant facility with redundant local electrical paths from a single power company service and a single  generator service.  Air conditioning capacity and air conditioning power supply are redundant. One  facility is served with  an  80  KVA UPS and  one 230 KW diesel generator.   The other   facility is served with  a  50  KVA UPS and  one 400  KW diesel generator which supports additional load for the building.   All IT equipmpent is dual powered.   The system has  a predicted reliability of 99.982%.

SUNGARD RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK,   NORTH CAROLINA
Proprietary data  and server center for  use by their customer and clients to provide off site server and data storage on a pay-for-use basis.    The 7400 square foot facility is a TIA, Tier 2   redundant facility with  single power company service and a single  generator service.  Air conditioning power supply is  redundant as is air conditioning capacity. The facility is served with  four, 160  KVA UPS systems and  an  825 KW diesel generator.   The system has  a predicted reliability of 99.741%.

SIEMENS  MEDICAL CAMPUS BUILDING DURHAM,  NORTH CAROLINA
Data  center for medical equipment supplier operations.   The 700 square foot facility is a TIA, Tier 2   redundant facility with  single power company service and a single  generator service.  Air conditioning power supply is  redundant. The facility is served with   a  225  KVA UPS and a  1500 KW diesel generators which serves both the data center and the associated office building.  The facility supports the research,  development, sales and training activities of the medical equipment supplier.  The system has  a predicted reliability of 99.741%.

AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB RALEIGH,    NORTH CAROLINA
Data  center for the United States for data on breeding information  and registration of all breeds of dogs in the country.   The 3,400  square foot facility is a TIA, Tier 2   redundant facility with  single power company service and a single  generator service.  Air conditioning power supply is  redundant. The facility is served with   two, 100  KVA UPS systems and  a   200 KW diesel generator dedicated to the  data center.   The system has  a predicted reliability of 99.741 %.

INFINEON CARY,   NORTH CAROLINA
Data  center for software and chip designer.   The 2,300  square foot facility is a TIA, Tier 2   redundant facility with  single power company service and a single  generator service.  Air conditioning power supply is  redundant. The facility is served with   two, 100  KVA UPS systems and  a  750  KW diesel generator dedicated to the  data center and other facilities in the building.   The system has  a predicted reliability of 99.741 %.
