BRONTO SOFTWARE OFFICE UPFIT
AMERICAN TOBACCO BUILDING
DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA
This project design was for LEED Interior Completion for 11,600 square feet of space for Bronto Software in the American Tobacco complex in downtown Durham. The space was located on two floors. Engineering services provided were for plumbing, electrical and fire alarm in addition to USGGC LEED documentation.
