MEREDITH COLLEGE ON-CAMPUS STUDENT HOUSING
RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA
This building is a three story, 93,000 square foot student housing residence for a private college in Raleigh. The building is on campus and available for lease or rent by students or staff. Engineering services provided were for the plumbing part of the project and the energy modeling for USGBC LEED to receive a LEED Certified rating for the project.

UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA
CHAPEL HILL, NORTH CAROLINA

Multiple projects are being provided encompassing a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of the e guestroom wings and public spaces within the historic hotel. Engineering services provided include fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm.

QUORUM CENTER
RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA

This building is a 15 story, mixed-use project, with lower levels commercial and business and the uppr floors a mix of one, two and three bedroom condominiums in downtown Raleligh, Engineering services provided were for mechanical, electrical and fire alarm. The Residences are described as “efficiently and thoughtfully designed dwellings built to state-of-the-art standards in a stylish location” in downtown Raleigh

SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATIONS ARTS
RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA

A student housing project for a private school in north Raleigh. The building included 39 student suites (78 beds) in a three story building oN the campus of the small private school. Engineering services provided included plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm.
